Monday-Thursday 8:30am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:30pm.

Friday 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-3:00pm

The office is closed all Statutory Holidays.

There are many receptionists that answer the phones that are happy to help you out. Please be kind, patient and respectful when dealing with each receptionist, we may not be the same person you spoke to the last time you called.

Summit Medical Clinic is now a teaching clinic! 

You may have the opportunity to see a physician that is new or learning. 

Please be aware your appointment may take a little longer than usual as doctors complete training moments.

Unfortunately our Physicians are not accepting new patients at this time. 

 

If you, your family, or someone in your care needs a primary care provider, you can register with the health connect registry.
